Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who are doing well on the outside — but internally struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or a persistent sense that something isn’t quite right. Often, these patterns are connected to childhood experiences such as growing up with emotionally unavailable parents.

My name is Randy Novak; I’m a psychologist and psychotherapist working with expats and international professionals across Europe.

My work focuses on helping you understand how these patterns developed and how they continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today. From there, we work together to gradually change them—at a pace that is structured, but flexible.

I was trained in the United States and combine clinical psychology with a strong background in communication. This allows me to work in a way that is both psychologically grounded and practical.

I offer online sessions in English and Czech and work with clients across the EU. I place a strong emphasis on confidentiality, professionalism, and creating a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged.
